Our Policies
Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service are subject to 50% of the service cost.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, check, or card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), as well as Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Licensed, Bonded & Insured
Your peace of mind matters. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to protect both your home and our team.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our mission is to deliver flawless service every time. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Property Access
Please ensure we have safe access to your home at the scheduled time. This may be through a key, code, or by being present. If we are unable to access your property, a cancellation fee may apply.
Supplies & Equipment
We provide all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use a specific product (eco-friendly or allergy-sensitive), please let us know in advance.
Damage & Breakage
While rare, accidents can happen. Should something be damaged during service, we will notify you immediately and resolve the issue through our insurance if necessary.
Arrival Window
Due to traffic and variable home sizes, we ask for a 30-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or access code. Whatever you’re comfortable with, we’ll accommodate.
How should I prepare my home before cleaning?
We simply ask that personal items are put away so our team can focus on detailed cleaning.

Yes, we love pets! Please let us know in advance so we can clean with their comfort and safety in mind.

Both. Many of our clients schedule recurring services to maintain their home’s pristine condition.

Yes — we provide detailed deep cleans for moves, remodels, and real estate preparation.
